“Curves has changed my life”

| Curves has changed my life. I knew I needed to start exercising, but I have always been so intimidated by gyms. I was so out of shape that I was embarrassed to work out in front of other people, and I have no idea how to use all of that equipment. But Curves is different. It is just for women, which eased my anxiety, and the atmosphere is so friendly. I had no confidence in my ability to use all the different machines, but then I just reminded myself that I can do anything for 30 seconds! It was easy to learn the machines and the routine, and it is fun. I figured I would have to drag myself in there 3 times a week and wasn't even sure I could do that, but it is so much fun that I immediately started going every day. Now, I work out for at least 30 minutes every day, and that includes Curves about 5 times per week. Curves fits into my work schedule very well because I know exactly how long my workout will take and I never have to wait in line for a machine to get started. I began to results almost immediately. I have so much more energy and self-confidence, and I am amazed to actually feel muscles developing in my arms and legs! Curves has helped me learn that even I, who has always hated exercising and didn't think I could do it, can learn to love exercising and taking care of myself. |

| I joined Curves because of my family history of heart disease and I wanted to get healthier for my family and myself. Going to Curves turned out to be way more fun than I had anticipated. The people and atmosphere are great. I feel stronger and more empowered with just about everything in my life now. I lost more inches than I thought was even possible and I feel great and don't have
to feel too guilty when I occasionally eat dessert.
